   Djokovic, playing his first major final at the age of 20, squandered five set points on serve in the opening set (already led *6:5, 40/0). In the 2nd set he led 4:1* (30/15), and had another two set points at 6:5. The only break of the 3rd set came in the last game of the championships – Djokovic had a point to level at 5-games all – Federer responded with a backhand winner.
