He was moving the Frenchman all over the court encouraging him to play risky shots – many of them found their spots but it wasn’t enough to make the things balanced. Grosjean needed 9 deuces to hold for 1-all in the 3rd set, afterwards he was physically done. One year later they face each other in the Aussie Open quarterfinal again, and Grosjean retires trailing 2-6, 0-2 (groin).
