  1. Voo de Mar says:
    Points won by each set: | 39-46, 31-24, 32-24 |
Points won directly behind the serve:
    32 % Berdych – 30 of 93
    32 % Dimitrov – 33 of 103

Berdych [7] and Dimitrov [10] faced each other six times, and in the first five meetings a decider was always required – their final in Stockholm ended that series. The Bulgarian defending champion came back from *3:5 (deuce) in the opener, but lost his serve to open another two sets, and Berdych had no problems to hold ten times in a row. “It’s the first and only tournament I’ve won twice,” said Berdych (the champion of 2012). “The hospitality and care here is very nice. That’s why I like to come back. I feel at home here.”

Berdych’s route to his 10th title:
    2 Dustin Brown 7-5, 6-3
    Q Marius Copil 6-2, 6-2
    S Matthias Bachinger 7-6(7), 6-4
    W Grigor Dimitrov 5-7, 6-4, 6-4

    Serve & volley: Berdych 1/1, Dimitrov 0
