   Magical performance from Alcaraz [1], every shot was working in his favor, even behind the back (photo, he lost that point though). He was a clear favorite in this night session encounter (H2H: 4-0), but it was tough to expect he’d destroy Ttsitsipas [5] under two hours – it almost happened because he led 5:2* (40/15) in the 3rd set. The Greek, supported by the crowd, who wanted to see more tennis, saved the double match point, another at 5:6, two more match points at 3:6 in the tie-break, but on the sixth chance, Alcaraz was finally serving, and his perfect serve-and-volley action gave him a point in a fifth stroke. Alcaraz said about the complicated finish: “He started to play, I would say, better. But of course I lost my focus a little bit. I was in trouble. I’m really happy to overcome that problem, still playing a great level, believing in myself, believing that I was going to win the third set. But of course it was really tough at the end of the match.”
