    The most one-sided match between these two. Edberg [1] was at the top of his game then while Krickstein [47] – due to injuries – lost his status of a Top 10 player in the early 90s and it reflected in their Swedish semifinal. The Swede felt like a total owner of the court in several matches of the years 1990-91, and for 60 minutes or so he was able to do whatever he wanted thanks to his magnificent footwork and perfect attacking the net as both: server and receiver. He finished that match with a brilliant stop-volley, played somewhat in an exhibition style.
