   Murray’s [9] first Masters 1K title. In both sets he was three points away from defeat, in the 1st set at *4:5 & 5:6; in the 2nd set at 4-ll (in the tie-break). Throughout the match he was a better player. In the 1st set he held six times without troubles, pushing Djokovic [3] to save break points in two games. In the 2nd set the Brit led 5:3 on serve, but squandered four match points, also a 6:5 (30/0) lead. The most important point took place at 4-all in the tie-break as Murray played a backhand cross-court winner after one of the longest rallies of the match. He converted his sixth match point with a backhand winner as well. A week before they met in the Canadian Open quarterfinal, Murray won it 6-3, 7-6(3) so he grabbed three straight sets against Djokovic in tie-breaks – each of those three sets lasted basically the same.

   * Murray saved two break points at 2-6, 0:2 vs Moya to win 5 straight games; he began the event trailing *1:4 to Querrey
