   The two future US Open champions, both 21-year-old at the time in their second meeting. Just like in the first one (4R Aussie Open ’09), Del Potro [6] came back from a set down to win a 4-setter, in New York he was on his way to lose the 2nd set too, as he trailed *1:3 (0/30). Cilic [17], was playing perfect tennis up to that moment, then he missed his forehand not by much, trying to hit another winner and the momentum shifted onto the Argentine’s side. The 4th set was played under the floodlights, Del Potro got the title two rounds later after defeating two best players in the world, Cilic had to wait another five years for his US Open title.
