   It was a lifetime opportunity for both 27-year-old players separated just by two days (Novak older)… their first and last Grand Slam semifinal. Apart from that appearance, the Czech player reached just four times the fourth round at majors in 39 tries.
   1st set: there was 5-all in the tie-break
   2nd set: Novak [24] won seven straight games afterwards
   3rd set: he saved a break point at 4-all
   4th set: Johansson [18] needed almost two hours to break his opponent for the first time (it happened at 2-all) and 7 set points leading 5:3*
   5th set: Novak was six points away from the final at 4-all (30-all); in the following game he succumbed on fourth match point

   Fastest serves: ToJo – 209 kph, Novak – 195 kph
