   Zverev [7] avenged a defeat to Coric [32] on the same court where he had sensationally lost to the Croat three years before, and he did it after an identical (almost) match # Coric initially dealt better with specific circumstances (empty stands due to Covid), he led 6-1, 4:2, then *4:3 (40/15), but Zverev broke back with two FH winners on the line. The German was trailing in the 3rd set too: 2:3 (BP), 5:6 (15/30) when he played a perfect BH passing-shot running forwards. In the 4th set he withstood a triple break point at 2-all when Coric made three FH errors in a row. The deciding break came at 4:3 after Zverev’s FH passing-shot down the line. The tie-breaks: 7/5, 7/1.
