    In beating Agassi [4] for the first time in five matches, the 18-year-old Chang [24] ended a streak of 24 matches when Agassi had won after taking the first set. The match lasted 2 hours 10 minutes, during which Chang ran down every shot despite battling leg troubles at the end of the match. ‘You never know, a guy can make a simple error and that’s my game,’ Chang said. Agassi led 5:3* in the 2nd set (lost two games quickly) to find himself 0:3 in the decider. He broke back and had two mini-match points at 4-all, but made two rather simple backhand errors.
