   Janowicz 6/14 in his beloved dropshot actions. The 22-year-old Pole [69], almost 30 cm taller than the Spaniard, was actually anonymous to an average tennis fan prior to that tournament (his 10th at the main-level). Ferrer [5] claimed his second indoor title within two weeks (following success in Valencia), absolutely amazing achievement for someone who had been considered as a clay-court specialist over the first half of his career. Janowicz jumped 43 places in the ATP ranking afterwards.
