   30 % Philippoussis – 25 of 83
   34 % Kuerten – 32 of 93

   No breaks of serve and just one break point, at 5-all in the 2nd set. Philippoussis [14] won the tie-breaks 7/5 & 13/11. In the first one he already led 5:1 & 6:3 before finishing with a backhand volley that landed on the sideline. In the 2nd set he saved five set points (3:6, 7:8 & 10:11). Interesting that in the 2nd tie-break, Kuerten [3] was attacking the net constantly, he made two very costly backhand volley errors from relatively good positions at 6:5 & 11:12. Three years later on the same court Philipoussis is two points away from winning the match after exactly the same scoreline (!), but ultimately loses an all-tie-break no-BP match (7/5, 11/13, 1/7) squandering 5 match points.
