   Very unexpected semifinal of two non-European players, yet both Spanish speakers, and – in retrospect – a big chance wasted by El Aynaoui [18] to reach one big final in his career. The 32-year-old Moroccan had a 3-0 H2H record against Massu [21] and it seemed indoor conditions would favour him. The mid-section of the match decided, from *4:5 in the opener, Massu won five straight games.
