   Agassi [1] dealt better with very tough conditions (96°F = 35°C; much hotter on court-level) – to snap [5] Chang’s 14-match winning streak in Cincy. In the opening set, Agassi trailed *4:5 (15/30) when he won another three points with three different winners. In the 2nd set he took the final five games to notch his 15th win in a row. The 25-year-old Agassi became the first man to win the Canadian Open-Cincinnati week-by-week combo. This extremely challenging achievement will be repeated by Patrick Rafter (1998), Andy Roddick (2003) & Rafael Nadal (2013).
